At Shape4Her, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our refund and return guidelines below will assist you.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

With all tags and packaging intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, shapewear and intimate apparel cannot be returned if worn, tried on directly on the skin, or damaged.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Worn or used shapewear

Items without tags or original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, makeup, fragrance, or damage

Final sale or clearance items

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
7. Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
